This is the slogan of the new service recently introduced in the capital. Furthermore, visitors have even more opportunities in the pavilion near Erzsébet Square than just depositing their luggage. LuggAir also serves as a tourism information center where people can receive guidance. The founders received inspiration from their earlier travels, as they told Funzine.hu. They often travel to cities abroad, and once, when they have left their accommodation much earlier before they needed to arrive at the airport, they met this type of service. They thought that this idea could be implemented in Hungary as well, because it would be useful and, furthermore, it would fulfill a niche market, as one of the founders, Petra Kun mentioned.
They receive all the packages, whether it is a cabin baggage or a checked baggage. LuggAir only prohibits living animals and dangerous objects for the sake of the customers’ security. Their priority is to pay extra attention to the security of the luggage left at their posts. They store each suitcase in transparent bags closed with unique security tapes. Their prices are considerable compared to the services they provide: it costs one euro for each hour/luggage in their custody. LuggAir also transports packages to Liszt Ferenc Airport’s Terminal 2 by the agreed time to make it easier to get all the luggage until departure. This service costs 15 euros.
